Transitional Housing Families in Transition (FIT) Program, provided transitional housing and support services to homeless families and physically disabled persons in 34 total housing units (26 leased and 8 owned). In West Philadelphia, FIT fills a unique niche in the City's homeless service sector by accommodating the special needs of large families in poverty. Provided
