Homeless Families Travelers Aid of Philadelphia (TAP) has established an intensive array of housing and social services for homeless families to provide quality comprehensive, client centered services that promote self sufficiency. This array of services constitutes a full continuum that is essential to meeting the needs of entire families and the homeless community at large.
